A federal judge has overturned a 2012 Arizona anti-abortion law targeting Planned Parenthood.

20-week abortion ban heads to appeals court

An Arizona law that criminalizes providing an abortion after 20 weeks of pregnancy will go before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals next week in San Francisco. It is one of the most restrictive abortion laws in the country.

State legislator: Women should be made to watch an abortion before having one

An Arizona legislator who opposes abortion says a woman should be made to watch an abortion being performed before having one. Republican Rep. Terri Proud of Tucson made the comment in a March 5 email to constituent Adena Lees.
