A Maricopa County Superior Court judge is expected to issue a ruling today on a request from Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne and an aide
to throw out a campaign finance case against him.

A transgender Arizona man who made headlines for being pregnant as a man has been denied a divorce from his current wife. A Maricopa County Superior Court judge decided their marriage can't be legally recognized or dissolved in Arizona.

An Arizona law that criminalizes providing an abortion after 20 weeks of pregnancy will go before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals next week in San Francisco. It is one of the most restrictive abortion laws in the country.
