Bomb threat diverts plane to Phoenix

A bomb threat forced a Southwest Airlines flight to be diverted to Phoenix on Tuesday afternoon.

FBI data show increases of crime in the West in 2012

 Violent crimes have been falling nationally year after year, but preliminary data released by the FBI show that trend reversed in 2012. Crime increases were most apparent in the Western United States.

FBI sheds new light on 2010 shooting death

Yesterday federal law enforcement agents revealed more details about the death of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry and offered a reward of $1 million for information leading to the arrest of four men accused of being involved in the murder.

Anti-Government Protestor Arrested

A member of an Arizona anti-government group known as the "Sovereign Movement" has been arrested - from Phoenix, KJZZ's Lynn Kelly reports.
