Bill to ban texting while driving is defeated

This week the texting while driving ban was defeated in a 31-28 vote. Thirty five states currently have distracted driving laws. We take a look at whether Arizona may join them in the future.

Study: Sentencing laws may have prevented a million crimes

A new report by a state prosecutors’ organization suggests truth-in-sentencing laws have prevented crime and saved taxpayer money.
