Stanton announces gun buyback, School Safety Officers

Phoenix Mayor Greg Stanton delivered his second State of the City speech Thursday. He announced new pushes for school safety and an effort to get guns off the street.

Phoenix Mayor Greg Stanton is approaching one full year in office. He's working with mayors in other Valley communities to improve the regional economy. He also discusses plans to find more effective uses for the city's large swaths of vacant land.
