He believes that education should be addressed at the local level by experts such as local districts and state boards. He also commented on healthcare reform, and the importance of keeping costs down while ensuring quality stays the same or improves. Schapira says he’s ready to speak to people across the political spectrum and wants to take that same mentality to Congress.
