Senator Jon Kyl retiring at the end of the year

Jon Kyl is retiring, opening up a Senate seat in Arizona for the first time since 1994. Kyl talks about his final goals and answers listener questions.

Kyl explains some of the current issues the United States faces including defense spending and taxes. Kyl says it’s harder than ever before to accomplish things on a bipartisan level due to campaigns starting earlier each cycle. Kyl also talks about state issues with immigration, water rights, and the economy. He says his final focus is to bring party leaders together to accomplish as much as possible before the upcoming election.
