Voting continues in Phoenix on 3 issues

Voting continues Monday in Phoenix, ahead of the official Election Day tomorrow. Residents are able to cast their ballots at any of 27 voting centers across the city. There are three issues on the ballot – two related to changes to the city’s public pension system, and a proposal to allow private security to issue citations to riders of public transit in Phoenix.
