Shipherd Reed
Shipherd Reed is a documentary film director and producer of video biographies who collected the stories for the Miners' Story Project. Reed has an MFA in Film from the Columbia University School of the Arts and has extensive experience in digital story recording.
Shipherd Reed is responsible for scheduling and conducting interviews and preparing the audio sessions for archive and distribution on the web and through exhibits at the U of A Mineral Museum. Reed has a great enthusiasm for the people and history of the Southwest as well his work as part of the Miners' Story Project.
