( Phoenix ) Congressman Jeff Flake is running for his third term representing the East Valley's Sixth District. He's being challenged in the September 7th primary by former state legislator Stan Barnes. Flake and Barnes share similar lifestyles and viewpoints on a lot of issues, but the two differ on what the principal role of a Congressman should be. KJZZ's Steve Goldstein reports.
