( Phoenix ) Arizona's District One Congressional race features first-term incumbent Rick Renzi defending his seat against Democrat Paul Babbitt. Both national parties had planned to enter the fray for what was expected to be a knock-down, drag-out fight. Recent polls and endorsements, though, suggest it'll be anything but.
