( Phoenix, AZ ) Speculators, new arrivals and and the upwardly mobile are sending valley home prices soaring. Some analysts think we're in an overheated market that is sure to cool. Other say this is just the beginning of a decades long run-up in home values. Commentator Kevin Palmer is watching both sides of the equation with a close eye.
