( Scottsdale, AZ ) A Scottsdale man known for his elaborate holiday decorations has been charged with disorderly conduct. Chris Birkett is the creator of the Winter Wonderland lights display, a Christmas production outside his home on East Montebello Avenue. Visitors come from across the Valley to check out the show, but neighbors complain that the display is loud and disruptive. KJZZ's Rene Gutel reports.
