( Phoenix, AZ ) In this hour of Here and Now we talked with Governor Napolitano about the drought task force, where the Governor has called for a culture of conservation. We also talked about hammering out a new budget agreement with what is expected to be a more conservative legislature, in addition to the consideration of the GOP controlled legislature of a consititutional ban on same sex marriage. We also talked about the Bush administration's plans for immigration reform in a second term, and more.
