( Phoenix, AZ ) In this hour of Here and Now, our guest was Rick Smith, C.E.O. of Scottsdale-based Taser International. The company has become enormously successful in recent years as police departments around the world add Tasers to their arsenals. But, the company is facing a federal probe - and Amnesty International is calling for tighter constraints on the use of stun guns.
