( Phoenix, AZ ) The Federal Reserve Board raised the prime interest rate again a few weeks ago. Mortgage interest rates are not the same thing, but can be tied to the Fed’s action. KJZZ commentator Kevin Palmer says the current housing boom in Arizona could bring the two together.
