( Flagstaff, AZ ) Just as the first of its kind meeting of law enforcers began in Flagstaff, a contingent of legislators including Republicans and Democrats arrived at the meeting site to demand that they be let in. After a protracted standoff, they relented and went on their way. James Garcia reports.
