( Phoenix, AZ ) KJZZ's Rene Gutel produced a sound portrait of county transit planner Peggy Rubach, on her morning bus commute to work. Despite growing traffic problems on Valley freeways, Rubach insists that a quarter of the Valley's working population gets to work at least once a week using an alternate form of transportation. Gutel joined Rubach at a bus-stop at Camelback and 17th Avenue.
