As part of the traditional opening of the Arizona legislature, Governor Napolitano delivered her State of the State address Monday. She called on lawmakers to give teachers a pay raise, to punish companies that hire illegal immigrants, and to accelerate funding for all-day kindergarten. Napolitano said Arizona is "safe, strong and prosperous." KJZZ's Mark Moran reports.
