( Phoenix ) Smokers may have fewer places to light up next year...but the question is how many fewer. Public opinion polls show support for each of the two initiatives on the ballot that would ban smoking in many public places. But, as KJZZ's Mark Brodie reports, the two measures differ on issues such as where to allow smoking, and how to pay to enforce the rules.
