( Phoenix ) Maricopa County is launching a new effort to improve air quality, and officials are asking county residents to play a role. The county is encouraging people to keep in mind a "dirty dozen" list of ways to improve air quality, as a way to "Bring Back Blue." KJZZ's Mark Brodie reports.
