( Phoenix, AZ ) A Phoenix man with a virulent strain of tuberculosis has been on a lockdown wing of the Maricopa County Medical Center for eight months. County health officials have gone to extreme measures to keep Robert Daniels' illness from spreading. Some say too extreme.
