The Arizona Board of Regents and Maricopa Community College District recently came up with guidelines to ensure that Proposition 300 is implemented. Prop 300 requires undocumented students pay out-of-state tuition and not be eligible to receive state financial aid. Here and Now examines how that's working. Plus, a bill to prevent the theft and recycling of copper from homes, business and construction sites is going forward in the legislature. Here and Now looks at what can be done to reduce the theft of copper materials.
