( Phoenix, AZ ) The town of Payson passed an ordinance requiring businesses to sign affidavits that they do not employ illegal immigrants. KJZZ's Paul Atkinson spoke with Payson Mayor Bob Edwards about the law, which goes into effect July 1, 2007.
