( Phoenix, AZ ) Tuberculosis patient Robert Daniels is back in Phoenix. He's the man who sparked a national debate over the ethics of forced quarantine in cases of infectious disease. Daniels spent 11 month in a lock down facility at the Maricopa Medical Center, after he went out in public without a face mask. He was eventually flown to Denver for medical treatment, where he had his left lung removed.
