( Phoenix ) Arizona Republican legislators and schools chiefs Tom Horne have filed appeals against a recent federal court order that sets March 2008 as the deadline for the state to earmark funds for English Language Instruction. The appeal is the latest development in one mother's longtime education battle with the State of Arizona dubbed Flores v. Arizona. KJZZ's Marcos Najera reports.
