( Phoenix, AZ ) A new plan to clean the valley's air has been submitted to the EPA. But will it work? Here and Now host Steve Goldstein discussed disagreements over the sources of air pollution and the plan submitted to the EPA with Maricopa County Air Quality Director Bob Kard and Rusty Bowers, head of the Arizona Rock Products Association.
