Larry Dozier of the Central Arizona Project discusses details of a new agreement to share and manage the Colorado river.
( Phoenix, AZ ) Arizona and six other states that share water from the Colorado river agreed to what some are calling an historic deal. KJZZ's Here and Now took a closer look at details of the agreement, what it means to Arizona, Mexico, and other states who use Colorado river water.
