( Phoenix, AZ ) Governor Napolitano came on Here and Now to talk about your proposals to the legislature, including plans dealing with the state budget crisis. Napolitano also talked about her endorsement of Barack Obama, transportation planning and why she won't let the state use federal funds for sex education.
