( Phoenix, AZ ) Phoenix mayor Phil Gordon and four new city council members will participate in their first city council meeting this week. KJZZ's James Garcia attended their swearing-in ceremonies and offers excerpts from their inauguration speeches. Part I features new city council members Maria Baier and Michael Nowakowski. Part II features returning council member Claude Mattox and Thelda Williams, who is was elected to the Phoenix City Council after a 12-year hiatus.
