( Phoenix ) State lawmakers will continue working to close a nearly billion dollar budget gap in the current fiscal year. When they're done with that, they'll start the next budget - with an estimated shortfall of more than a billion. Many lawmakers expect to tap into the state's rainy day fund to help...but as KJZZ's Mark Brodie reports, some wonder how hard the rain's really coming down.
