Lawmakers consider banning using a cell phone to send a text message while driving.
( Phoenix ) State lawmakers debated...but did not ultimately vote this past week on a proposal to ban drivers from text messaging. KJZZ's Mark Brodie looks at driving distractions...and what the state should or should not do about them.
