( Phoenix ) Central Arizona Shelter Services, CASS, will no longer shelter sex offenders at its Phoenix campus, hoping to prompt a community discussion on how to better manage the homeless population. CASS says it just doesn't have the resources to continue as it has. KJZZ's Tony Ganzer reports.
