( Phoenix ) A coalition of local artists appears closer to securing a home for a new Latino Cultural Center as talks continue with the City of Phoenix. City leaders says a few properties in the downtown corridor could fit the bill, at least temporarily. As KJZZ's Marcos Najera reports, a temporary center built now could one day become the cornerstone of a future Latino Arts District in downtown Phoenix.
