( Phoenix ) This is the first day Arizona voters can cast ballots in the November General Election. Arizona is one of 33 states that allows Early Voting. The practice began in Maricopa County in 1996 when only 14% of voters voted early, but the Early Voting is attracting more and more voters. This morning we hear from David Schwartz, a political consultant with Goodman-Schwartz Public Affairs.
