( Phoenix, AZ ) Today is Halloween, and tonight in many neighborhoods, kids will go trick or treating. But parents and guardians should take extra care, police say, or avoid some houses all together. This morning we hear from Harold Sanders with the Department of Public Safety, or DPS, about Arizona's sex offender population, and what state law says about Halloween. Produced by Tony Ganzer.
