( Phoenix ) The government estimates that more than a million legal immigrants, mostly Latino, applied to become full citizens last year. The goal for many of them was to cast a ballot for a new President next month. But as KJZZ's Marcos Najera reports, some Latinos who aren't citizens are still finding ways to vote.
