( Phoenix ) Governor Jan Brewer is asking state lawmakers to either approve a temporary tax increase, or let voters do it, as part of her proposal to solve the state's financial problems. She outlined her 5 part plan to a joint legislative session Wednesday afternoon. KJZZ's Mark Brodie reports.
