Most ozone is produced near downtown Phoenix and drifts to the northeast as the day progresses.
( Phoenix, AZ ) Maricopa County violated ozone standards 18 times in 2008 and twice so far this year. KJZZ's Paul Atkinson speaks with Maricopa County Air Quality's Holly Ward about the problem and what can be done about it.
