( Phoenix ) Now that President Obama has chosen federal appeals court judge Sonia Sotomayor to join the Supreme Court, her critics are questioning how her ethnicity could affect her decisions on the bench. If confirmed, Sotomayor would be the first Latina to serve on the country's highest court. But as KJZZ's Marcos Najera reports, some Arizona Latino lawyers say too much is being made of her Hispanic heritage.
