( Phoenix, AZ ) Here and Now spoke to Phoenix city councilman Michael Johnson about impending budget cuts and how re-instituting a tax on food sales will help save hundreds of city jobs. Host Steve Goldstein also spoke to Economist Marty Hart-Landsberg about a recent tax increase approved by Oregon voters that targets businesses and wealthier individuals.
