The truth and legends of Arizona’s Old West

Bob Boze Bell, Executive Editor of True West magazine, talks about Arizona’s Old West history and misconceptions.

Bell, the proud owner of a strong mustache, talks about the styles of the Old West and the stories of the people who sported them. Bell says Old West stories have stood the test of time because there are so many controversial accounts of how various standoffs went down. He says Arizona has always attracted a very eccentric type of person, and a lot of crazed weirdos in the Old West makes for great stories.
