ADOT Director John Halikowski on Phoenix-Tucson rail line

Arizona Department of Transportation Director John Halikowski discusses the possibility of a passenger rail line connecting Phoenix and Tucson, as well as ADOT's collaboration with Nevada's Department of Transportation on the proposed Interstate 11 connecting Phoenix and Las Vegas.
