Governor Jan Brewer's budget calls for more money for CPS, Medicaid expansion

Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer released her $8.9 billion budget proposal on Friday. KJZZ's Mark Brodie spoke with Cynthia Zwick, Executive Director of the Arizona Community Action Association, about what the plan might mean for low-income Arizonans.
