Medical Marijuana Initiative Blocked

Over 16,000 people have been approved to use medical marijuana, but marijuana dispensaries remain unavailable. Governor Jan Brewer argues that prop 203 can't override federal drug laws. Host Steve Goldstein talks to Attorney General Tom Horne about Prop 203, and why the state is opposing the will of the voters on medical marijuana. Joe Yuhas explains why a step in the direction of marijuana legalization is not the worst position for the state to take.
