Here & Now: Firework Legality

It's now legal to buy and distribute fireworks in Arizona...but it's not legal to use them in various cities due to concerns about brush fires and safety. Here and Now host Steve Goldstein takes a look at talks to Kingman city manager Jack Kramer about the need for a controlled environment to keep the community safe from brush fires. Goldstein also talks to Michael Williams of Williams and Associates Government Relations, who helped pass the law allowing the sale of non-aerial fireworks to Arizona citizens.
