Wildlife Recovers from Wallow Fire

The largest wild fire in state history blackened more than a half-million acres, prompting fears that large numbers of wildlife would perish. 

 

As KJZZ’s Al Macias reports from the White Mountains, that may not be the case.

The recovery process continues in eastern Arizona, nearly two months after crews extinguished the giant Wallow fire.
