The huge dust storm that hit the valley July 5 th left behind more dust than the Phoenix area usually gets in one year. That, according to the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality. As KJZZ’s Paul Atkinson reports from Phoenix, a couple months after the storm, the financial toll is still being calculated.
