Tucson representative Dan Patterson remains in office

Majority Republicans in the Arizona House agreed to speed up an ethics case against Representative Dan Patterson, House minority leader Chad Campbell talks about the case and delay in expelling Patterson. Campbell says Patterson has had plenty of time to defend himself against allegations of domestic violence and aggressive behavior, but chose to evade questions. Campbell says this shouldn’t be a partisan issue within the House, and that it should get dealt with so lawmakers can move on to the issues that matter.
