The U.S. Senate Subcommittee on Immigration, Refugees and Border Security held a hearing Tuesday on state governments enforcing immigration law. Witnesses at the hearing included Arizona State Senator Steve Gallardo; former U.S. Senator Dennis DeConcini; Todd Landfried representing Arizona Employers for Immigration Reform; and former Arizona State Senate President Russell Pearce, who sponsored Arizona's SB 1070.
